Opioids How foolproof is cold-water extraction?

I'm considering performing cold-water extraction on a considerable number of pills with 30mg codeine, 500mg paracetamol. After a certain point, I'd be using enough pills to cause considerable liver damage were the paracetamol left inside. Since I don't want to fuck up my liver, how confident can I be that I am performing the procedure correctly? Is there a way to tell from looking at the finished product that it was done right? And no, I am not new to cold-water extraction, but for all I know, I fucked it up each time, since I did it more as a precaution than out of necessity.
 
Exactly how much codeine are we talking about here? 300mg is only 5g of APAP, and 390 only is 6.5.

Idk I'm probably playing into the hand of a troll, but ummm easy as fuck? You're litterally just mixing and dissolving something. Do you know how to make coolaid? It's easier than that because in coolaid you have to add sugar AND the packet, instead of just pills.

P.S. actually maybe it's the same difficulty because you also have to decant or filter

I'm under the impression that 2 grams is the upward limit of what can be consumed daily without organ damage, and that once I reach about 12 grams, I'm risking a fatal overdose.

Yes, I know that CWE is easy to perform, but since this is my liver at stake, I want to know if there is any dangerous mistake I could make if I am careless, and if there are things I should look for that could indicate that I fucked it up. Forgive my ignorance, but since I don't know much about the chemistry of cold water extraction, I don't know what the margin of error is.
 
The finished product should be clear liquid, even a TINY bit cloudy is ok, but if it is cloudy and u cannot see through it, start again .
