Salvia, I will never give up on you. 
I've been trying and trying but Salvia alone has never been enough to send me past that point. Always needed a booster. But I don't want to be someone who has to use a booster. That's like cheating. Especially when I follow all the rules. Torch lighter, bong, dark place with no music, comfortable, laying down. It never seems to matter. The furthest I get is merging with objects when smoking only Salvia.
As far as I'm aware, there are two schools of thought:
1) Smoke more.
2) Hold it in (it being a lungful) as long as possible (meaning until you breakthrough or come down).
If you're not sensitive enough, this gets complex. There could be many realities here. The rate of metabolism could vary to a ridiculous degree. It might be that you hold in one lungful for long then take many, many rapid hits before you come down. It could be the other way around. People might be limited by the size of their lungs.
I have many things I might try. One hit, "sipped" until breakthrough. I don't know if the Salvinorin will condense by the time that happens. It just seems that this way might do something different.
