How easy is to re-addict to Valium?

I finally defeated a 7 year valium addiction in Oct 2013, 6 months ago, and I am concerned I may have become addicted again. A month ago I was put on methadone for pain issues and have spent the last few weeks increasing my dose until I am both stable and relatively pain free. I have taken valium a few times over that period, with the longest run of use being 10-15mg/day for 3 days running about 3 weeks ago. This Saturday night just gone I had only 2 x 5mg vals with the same again on Monday when I had strong anxiety. Now I am waking up with anxiety, tremors, confusion and dizziness and I'm terrified that I've become addicted again!
Does anyone have any idea if this may be addiction again or if, I pray, it's some sort of come down?

I don't think it's physical, but very much emotionally you're afraid for this to happen. Sounds like big rebound anxiety so be careful not to use it more than a few days in a row to be safe.

This. I don't think you've become physically dependent on benzos from this short relapse. It's more than likely that it's just a psychosematic thing.

benzos are incredibly easy to become re-addicted to, especially after such a long period of original addiction.

many people-myself included- get some minor withdrawals even after a night of heavy drinking

benzos IMHO the most hardcore physical addiction there is.
