How easy is it to tell the difference between DOx and LSD? (Or read as a trip report)

But the colouring...is that representative of LSD? Like I had it - and I know it was something...im assuming LSD because thats what I was told and it ticks all the boxes regarding effects (except major visuals)....but does the browny colour indicate it could have been some other physchedelic or drug?

I read a post a couple days ago about this guy with old altoid mints that had acid dropped on em and that they were brown on the side he dropped em, someone replied that it was oxidation.
