Opioids How Does Dr. House take so much Vicodin and do his job without nodding off?

I know it's a show but I'm sure some people are completely able to do that and work while still being high as a kite. I couldnt, I'd want to lay down at any hydrocodone dose that made me high even if I had a massive tolerance then took 180mg or none and 10mg

Kinda in the wrong forum, more suited to drug culture I'd say. But yes people do it, I used to go to work high on morphine daily.

Yeah DC or Film and TV would be better suited for this. I'm not going to go into the mechanics of adenyl cyclase and G protein coupling that actually stimulates some long term users vs a nod but it does exist.
