I can get 20 mg of Opana ER for less than 120 mg of pure heroin (well, enough heroin that has been cut to shit that it contains 120 mg pure). Given this opportunity, it makes way more economic sense to start using Opana. The problem is that I can't safely take 20 mg of oxymorphone by IV. I'm thinking that liquid measurement should work here, but I'm concerned that the oxymorphone might degrade if left dissolved in water. Would I get a reliable 5 mg dose if I remove the ER coating, dissolve the pill in 40 ml of water, and draw 10ml of solution into the syringe? How would you suggest storing the solution?

I was looking into the subject and it seems that you are correct. I thought that I had seen a method to make the ER pills safe for injection but that was for the old pills. Fuck, i was really hoping that I might have found a cheaper, safer alternative to street heroin. For future reference though, if I ever get my hands on some IRs or (even less likely) the injectable ampules, will the oxymorphone break down over time? Thanks.
