How do you deal with burnouts after smoking ?

Ok so this is the one thing i personally hate about smoking marijuana .

After smoking it at lunch at school , i am high all last period , but when i go home im hungry as balls , lazy as hell and my voice sounds like i have been woken up at 3 am .

And i was wondering what do all you stoners do to prevent this ? without smoking more weed of course :P =D
 
Well, honestly, smoke more weed ;)

But if that isn't an option, being in a well lit area works wonders. Exercise will wake you up as well. Food usually does the trick, gives me some energy.

If none of these work, it's simple... Smoke in the afternoon, or a night.

if anythn , dont smoke during day , leave it for night time

i never feel 100% even if i have a cpl bongs early morning then leave it at that , makes me lazy and feel shithouse rest of the day if i dont continue smoking . since i figure ur in high school id say wen ur tolerence rises the "burnt-out" feeling aint as bad
 
Eating something, some water and a quick faster-paced walk works for me, usually. I won't feel like doing it, but it always brings my energy back up...
 
Smoke at a time when it will not be a problem. That is, not during school.

hell yeah. id get high before my first class and just be out of it for a few classes then it'd wear off just after i ate a fat ass lunch.

But i hate dealing with those kids that after they smoke they are like completely gone and act retarded as hell like they've never been that fucked up in their lives. i just deal with those people by not smoking with them. lol. easy as hell
 
I don't get burnt out unless I smoke shitty bud..

So my solution is, only smoke dank :).. I'd say that might be your problem if you smoke alot of mids/regs.
 
I think there is a difference between indica and sativa in this regard but i don't know the specifics. There is a thread on this in this forum.
 
The Indica strains are known for the couch-lock "burnout" effect. Sativa varieties are considered a heady, more cerebral high. Of course, its near impossible to determine what strain it is when you are buying street weed from dealers. Most weed out there is now Indica or Indica-Sativa hybrid, at least in Canada.

My best advice is to DO something, take a walk, listen to tunes, skateboard, do your dishes, grab a coffee, just anything but sitting around being lazy!

Oh, and if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!
 
Ya as long as you keep yourself active i don't think it will be a problem.

For example, after school I'll just sit around on the computer and pass out around 4:00pm for a bout an hour then I'm usually still really tired/beat on some days if I dont go out and do anything.

You just gotta find something to take your time up, which is what I'm trying to do now as I have a feeling the summer is going to be realllyyy burnt
 
I get really bad burnouts from blunts I always pass out but the vape never gives me burnouts. If im correct the canabanoids get you burned out and they are released heavily in combusted marijuana. The vape would just release the thc. Am I correct in thinking this?
 
Off topic kinda, but I smoked through the last 3 years of school, and it seriously affected my grades. Now i'm having to pay out moneys just to get some kinda qualification behind me so I can work a non shitty job. Nobody wants to be on £5.75 an hour after they turn 18....sucks balls. :(

obviously theres some people who could smoke that much there isn't a moment they aren't stoned all throughout school, but just though i'd throw it out there...
 
An energy drink always does the trick, coffee works too.
But since you shouldn't really drink them every day (wich I don't), you should eat good and excercise well (but not too much or you will end up more tired).
 
drink fuckin water and get off your ass and do a few pushups for the lack of energy
 
i'll second that motion that vaporizers don't seem to get you burnt out like smoking does.
