Alcohol How do I seperate Alcohol from Off insect repellant?

ingrediants listed are:
DEET (the toxic stuff)............7%
Other stuff (Will list below)...93%

Other stuff:
Ethyl Alcohol (GOLD! I WANT THIS!)
Fragrance (Okay-ish if ingested)
Aloe (once again, can be ingested)

So how would one go about extracting the alcohol? My parents hide their booze and I need to be drunk to talk to people.
 
You can't extract the alcohol..
If you need alcohol to talk to people you should think about therapy
