How do I reverse the harm I did to my health and body? Help!!

I am in the beginning stages of recovery, I am an addict but addicted to being well, not high. I have used in my neck due to collapsed veins in my hands - being a girl my veins in my arms aren't prominent and quickly vanished leaving me with only my hands, feet and now neck because my alternatives are non existent. I'm seeking advice on how to repair collapsed veins or whatever damage I have caused to myself from improper technique. I have hard veins, vanished ones. I know I haven't been as clean as either too so advice on how to clear bacteria from my heart, staph from my blood. I also heard I can IV salt water to elliminate blood clots. I'm just so paranoid about my health as I have only been using a year and fear I have ruined my body! Help please! Any advice or remedies anyone has heard of!

I am not a doctor so I can't speak to bacterial contamination of your blood or heart-you really need to see a medical professional ASAP if you have this. For repair of the vascular system-time. IV saline doesn't dissolve clots.
