How do i repair my viens

Don't think theres really much of an option here, their most likely scarred or collapsed.

you could try to discontinue use
change roa
or rotate injection sites.

You should check out the iv mega thread It's full of great intravenous drug knowledge.

All those fillers in pills and toxins in heroin can wreck the vascular /circulatory system. Once damage is done, the only way to heal is a natural process and much patience.

First, how bad is it? Have you had any scans/bloodwork done to show the damage.

B12 is a good vitamin to start with. Actually, a heroin dealer I knew from school used to cut his H with vitamin B12 instead of chemicals. Lol. Drink plenty of fluids, eat a well balanced diet, especially those rich in fiber. Maintain normal sodium/electrolyte levels, keep blood pressure as normal as possible.

Before Iv'ing, I always recommemd gatorade/pedialyte to plump the veins. Weird, but works.

Abstain from IV use for a good while. As hard as it is for some, your veins will thank you for it later.

Good luck.

so thanks a lot for yours feedback I really appreciate it. I don't IV heroin, i snort it. but I do IV crystal, and that is the one that I'm very addicted to. and what do you mean by rotate injection site?

the thing is the game I usually use is just unusable at this moment and it seems like the rest of my veins have spider off into tiny multiple veins.

Actually Zinc can and does repair blood vessels and veins over-time. Seriously, try eating a steak everyday, as zinc, magnesium, protein, saturated fat, and iron, will seriously heal this, but it will take time.

But if you keep doing it, it may slow the results. Even if you just discontinue, you will eventually have repairs done as long as you get somewhat-satisfactory nutrition.
