How do I recover?

I need some help guys.
I'm now 2 weeks off ritalin, the drug that I abused for about 3-4 months, heavily, really heavily.
I'm constantly tired and hungry, bored all the time, anyone relate to abuse of this drug?
Or has some amphetamine/cocaine withdrawal advice?
