How do I know if its really K?

OK Im off to Ibiza tomorrow.
I have very limited K experience but have been told that K is everywhere.
How can you tell if its K without bumping it?
Is there the equiv of an ez-test kit? Something else?
Help me to not get ripped off.

The ketamine HCL i have Fizzes a bit as a rection to marquis reagent (EZ-test and the others). It may be my pure k, but that was the reaction, other shit may act differently.

it has a very distinctive taste.
it's not quite bitter, kinda numbing... if you know what it tastes like, it won't be hard to tell.
it will invariably, regardless of the source, be white. it may be powdery or crystalline; the crystals sometimes clump and will range in size from a grain of salt to several times larger. there may be hard chunks. they are not cubic.
the E2 kit (Mandelin reagent) can identify ketamine.
and just in case...the free base, recrystallized from pentane-ether, melts at 92-93°C and the hydrochloride salt melts at 262-263°C. =)

K has this very distinctive smell... I would almost describe it as soapy. Of course that doesn't mean shit to you if you've never smelled it at all, so my advice to you is to do some K back where you live or at least catch a whiff of some real shit so you know what you're getting.
