Opioids How do I find dealers in a new town i just moved to???

Just moved to small town Pennsylvania and need to find a good dealer or 2... I'm looking for pretty much anything how on earth do I find a dealer in a town where I don't know anyone?

My usual trick in a new area is to give the homeless dude on the corner a few bucks and ask if he knows what's good but there doesn't even seem to be any homeless people around.

Are there any tricks or websites I need to know about? Help!
