she will definately not be able to buy oxy. valium, quite possibly (or maybe xanax). tell her to go to some local clubs and ask around. spoting the type of person that will be able to get you drugs should not be that hard. viagra, you can buy that stuff online.

First - I don't know if it matters, but last time I checked, the Dominican Republic and Mexico were two wholly separate nations.
As far as Mexico - because of Americans illegally abusing the stronger painkillers and buying them in Mexico, many of those are not available in Mexico without a prescription either. You must have a prescription from a Mexican doctor to obtain Hydrocodone or Oxycodone in Mexico. At least in the state of Sonora, but I'll pretty well assume it applies to the whole country.

you CAN buy hydrocodone, oxycontin, roofies, and valium. i found all of those in pharmacies there. i'm pretty sure its really easy to get k too, but i didn't try. a large amount have valium/diazapam, those who don't will offer soma instead. i did find one place with rophynol(sp?), and a couple with hydrocodone and oxycontin. two bad they were asking $15 for a 10mg of oxycontin! fucking rip off. both places that had hydrocodone charged $2 a peice all the way up. best i found on valium was $60 for 90x10mg if i remember correctly,. and that was a good deal, most places won't negotiate at all either, not like the rest of that flea market of a town. there are about a billion pharmacies there so just walk up to the people out front, you'll know who i'm talking about when you get there and see them, and flat out ask if they have whatever your looking for. if not, go to the next one which will be about three stores down.

if you go to small shady drugstores you'll prolly get your meds without a prescription. If not you can call for a house delivery and they usually don't ask for them. That's how I get my ritalin anyway.
Anyhow, just get ketamine, its LEGAL in here. OR just fake a script, ppl don't check them that mcuh in here. One of my best friends always does that and he's never been caught. Just use a nice printer and fake the numbers and stuff.
