I have had several transient episodes of arrhythmia while I have been on Nardil. The last one was after I walked up some stairs and sat on the lounge.
Low pulse and a very pronounced arrhythmia. It was a little scary to be honest.
I am only 32, could my heart just stop?
Also I have started doing very intese cardiovascular exercise, I read somewhere to avoid this on Nardil.
Any thoughts on this?

So can choking on a pencil.

I'd be careful about heavy exercise while still on Narvil, if I were you.. Arrhythmia's are generally a warning sign.

i can remember specifics but i was worried about arrhythmias when i began training for a half marathon, after an ecg and a tilt table test tho i was told i was fine. the doctor i saw also said that some people suffer from arrhythmia when their body is cooling down after exercise and can some times be quite normal. he did say that this was more common in teenagers tho... still, maybe ask for an ecg thing for peace of mind?

this could be a problem you have had brewing for a while, and the nardil is just making it obvious. you should get a stress test.
