How come I'm so sensitive to cannabis?

Any of you have the same? I don't really have a tolerance, and I can smoke everyday without it rising really. When I smoke a joint on my own I have to put 50 mg's in a joint. That's like 0.05 grams... And I get HIGH from that, proper high, it's pushig it actually. I never met someone who gets high as fast as me, I'd like to be a little more resistant though, so I don't have to watch out as much before getting anxiety or trip the fuck out. Anyone in the same boat?

I would like less tolerance, I have to stop for a week or so if I have been smoking regularly before getting properly high off weed again or change the strain of weed, like if I have been smoking an indica like sweetooth 3 for a while and then swap to a haze variety or whatever it can still catch me out now and again. Smoke less still, imo people smoke unnecessary amounts which for me nullifies the reason I want to get stoned in the first place.

Just a little weed if it's nice can put you in a good frame of mind and in the right circumstances be quite transcendental.
Do you buy in small amounts and change strains a lot?

I usually buy 2-3 grams and that'll last me a couple of weeks atleast and I smoke from it about 3-4 times a week, usually change strain when it's gone. It's pretty high grade weed though (I live in holland btw :p)

Well you have easy access to good herbal and decent hash but living in holland is not that big of a deal where cannabis is concerned these days, we have plenty of good herbal right here in the UK but I do envy you your choice of hash, maybe you should buy mor of the same and slowly build up a tolerance to it, if that advice does not suit you then f you :)

It can take years of regular smoking like that for your tolerance to rise to the level some people have it. What your smoking is fine, if you have only been smoking this much for say a few months then thats totally normal. I started smoking at 13, smoked regularly starting at maybe 15. It wasnt until i was 18 that I started to get a much higher tolerance.

Im in the same boat my friend. No one I know gets as high as I do after smoking one and this includes people that smoke significantly less frequently than I do. Even as a multiple-times-a-day smoker I dont find myself building a tolerance from day to day. Ill take a few hits off a joint and it will be instantly noticeable to others that I am high, especially because of my eyes which have been described as "red as the devils cock" haha.

The solution would be to find the type of high you most prefer and learn what works to acheive that. I find that smoking exactly the same herb with different roa's (joint, pipe, bong, vape, edibles, etc) can set a different tone for your stone based on the amount you ingest and how quickly you are able to get that into your body (ei. a bong has a much higher payload and much lower administration time than say a joint). Its all about finding what works for you. Personally, I find a hit or two off a one hitter to be the perfect amount for me because it allows me greater control over the amount I smoke.

Consider your sensitivity a blessing. You can save alot of money by using only the amount that you NEED. Smoking isnt a competition. We're doing this to have a good time, so there is absolutely no need to smoke bowl after bowl just because the people around you are. Find what method/ amount/ strain works best for you and you'll be alot happier with your highs.

Everyone reacts differently, I have a couple of friends that smoke regularly but only need a couple hits to get really high, I on the other had have always a bit more that average and not just with bud but most other substances but that's besides the point. Bottom line is relish it, be glad you don't have to smoke as much, it save you money and keeps any damage to your lungs at a minimum. If you're dead set on raising your tolerance try smoking more often, not more at once. I've found even smoking every day doesn't really raise my tolerance, its smoking multiple times a day that does it. But for the sake of harm reduction I wouldn't go out of your way to raise it, smoke when you want to and be glad you don't have to smoke as much.

I'm very sensitive to anxiety/paranoia from weed as well. I've noticed however that this is strictly limited to how much I smoke and it only happens when I'm too high for my liking...
There's something about weed that makes me anxious very fast though, I can handle stuff like LSD, Shrooms, MXE just fine.
