I know it looks really bad it’s been about 24 hours if it doesn’t get better I am going to the hospital tomorrow.

Very difficult to tell from the picture but my arm has looked much worse.

Go and see a doctor if you're concerned.

How is the injection site now? I'm sure by now the issue has been resolved, but if not: if it becomes warm to the touch or you develop a fever, I would definitely recommend going to the ER to get antibiotics.
