How bad is coke for your nose?

How bad is it for your nose if you regularily snort maybe .5 grams once a week? Also any long term debilitating effects would be appreciated.

Cocaine.hcl isn't GOOD for your nose, but at the kinds of amounts and frequency of use we are talking about, it shouldn't be a problem. If you are worried at all, you can rinse your nostrils out with eyedrops (saline solution) or warm water so that coke particles don't stay in your nostrils for very long to irritate them. Just flush out your nostrils with water IMMEDIATELY after snorting a line/some lines. I also suggest alternating between nostrils (just as you would rotate injection sites if you IVed), so that you don't put all the stress on one particular nostril.

How good do you think snorting something up your nose is?
And as far as long term effects of coke, your heart initially gets stronger from all the juiced up beating, but after time it slowly weakens your valves...

well have u ever herd what happens to ur nose after using nasal spray for a while , its the same affect , but in ur case it shouldnt be that bad consdirding u dont do it that much, but when ur 50 and the insides of ur nose is all messed up u should know why
