It took me ~2 months to have SERIOUS, and i mean fucking serious lung and breathing problems. But my roommate and girlfriend did the same amount, everything i did and are fine.
btw, I was doing a gram (on average) a day. quality too, pristine.

Dunno from personal experience since I have not done tar,only powder,but I saw on TV where this chick had being smoking tar everday for a year or so and had to have a nebulizer breathing treatment thing becasue her lungs ,throat,and broncial tubes,etc. were so messed up from smoking tar..
