^ 2 spoons of Mineral oil before sleeping and lots of water.

^ Jg., this is part of the process. It takes time but you'll be fine. Try to exercise, find something you would like to do, a hobby.
This helped me immensely.

I'm also having problems to sleep.

^ yeah I know it's just frustrating. I was sleeping pretty good this last week and then it's like last night I didn't sleep at all and the night before only got like an hour and a half. :-/
I was having a panic attack all night and just feeling super uncomfortable in my skin.
I'm feeling better now...
