Doomed. You know that sick feeling you get when your driving a car with something highly illegal on you and a cop pulls up behind you? That's how I feel all the time.

I know how that can feel, I've had times of prolonged, severe anxiety that just would not stop. Hope you get to feeling better. If it's an anxiety disorder, maybe you could be put on Buspirone/Buspar as a treatment. It is not a benzo and not mind altering but it helped me and that is what it is prescribed for.
