i don't even remember when i was on last or what i said / did. If anyone has an issue w me pls msg me, I waited nearly 8 months to get myself together before I checked back in.

Flustered! I just missed an appointment because I didn't know it was Friday LOL---should have read the above post. That's what happens to me in the summer, I never know which day of the week it is.
 
Uh-oh, is there a chance that you can still come in or re-schedule some time today?

I drank a lot of beer yesterday, and while I'm not hungover, very relaxed today. Can't be good for my brain, and my problems have not been solved or even addressed, but I feel more comfortable than I've felt in probably 3 or 4 horrible weeks.
