Late.

The methadone clinic was packed because of the holiday tomorrow and the snow day thursday they closed for, so it took a fucking hour to get dosed, all these people with their screaming babies, my head was spinning.

It hurts pretty bad when you first put it in the ice water.. just let it get numb.. You can do it=D once an hour or two.. cause most of the pain is caused from the swelling and pressure and this dies wonders.. I promises the pain will be worth it. then add on a NSAID as well and keep that kicking for awhile. Usually we react best to one or two of the NSAID drugs so if ibuprofen or whatever isn't working that well try some of the other ones. on injuries like these they usually help way more than the opiates.. if you get a take home of your methadone then split it up and take it every eight hours as its analgesic properties only last that long. I always wrapped it up as well.. just to provide it up some support as just a little wiggle and that shit hurts.

The music made me think old school porno.. speaking of which they need to bring back the funk in porn.

I'm gonna do the ice water thing then wrap it and take some ibprofen.

I just took some antihistamine tonight, so I'm hoping that will help. Hopefully you get a good nights rest tonight.

On that note, I'm absolutely exhausted.
