Life is shit right now but for some reason I feel really happy and have done quite regularly over the last week or so

I spoke with the vet earlier and he is sure my raccoon should be fine, as long as he eats well and does not have more trouble with fleas. I've got enough of the stronger flea treatment to last a whole year - I fully expect him to recover quickly and completely.

Trying to help Whosajiggawaaa to find anything that could possibly be useful for his mom's cancer - exchanged a couple of PMs with some possibly useful info. If anyone else has any suggestions for anything that might help, I am sure Whosajiggawaaa would like to hear about it. He is in South Africa, so if you find clinical trials, they need to be available there in his area

I'll try to get him some more info tomorrow, but I really need to sleep now.

My word now is finished with my midterms. Now I have the rest of this week and next week for classes and then spring break!! I have absolutely no plans for anything fun and have to work, but it'll be nice to just have a week off to catch up on some stuff and not have to worry about going to classes.

Yes, and he is about the best pet anyone could ask for - very playful, friendly, well behaved, and generally seems very happy - he never has to be caged either. And it looks like he will do fine - something I am very grateful for.

I'll post some pictures of him and my macaw later - I've done so before, but it has been a long time - the Macaw (named Baby) looks about the same as last time. The raccoon (named Lucky) has grown quite a bit since the last pictures I posted.
