OD: Congratulations, brother. Your 'one word' is a bigger accomplishment than many will achieve in the course of their lives, and I am so incredibly glad to see your success. May the coming year bring more ease, but also more growth, health, happiness and success! :)

ATM: Ugh. Tried a juice fast today. Didn't go well. Felt like crap. Ate pizza. Feel like different kind of crap now. Time for some chamomile tea and an early bed.

Oh, and a happy Equinox to TDS, by the by!

emotional as all fuck. Day 8 of sub withdrawal, and I am having a hell of a hard time not buying dope right now. It's like the junkie part of my brain is overriding all logic:|

Relaxing been a long week, and I have a even longer week this week. Life is funny how fast time flies.
