I'm pretty happy my doggys surgery went well and she's not in too much pain.

My old boyfriend (the one who died) mother just was talking to me on facebook and still is.... She's telling me all the times she use to remember about with him and I... The late night phone calls... ect. She told me that he truly did care about me and I know he did.... It's so sad that he's gone. I'm so sad that he's gone.
 
Pissed I got bit by some spider and I can't sleep for shit, my face was killing me its jus starting to die down - SO random

I've never had anxiety this bad.
I've switched from smoking heavy amounts of weed daily to not smoking at all.
2 days in and I am panicking like my life is about to end.
its been coming and going about 4 times a day and keeps getting more intense.
Is this normal? I've been a heavy daily smoker for a few years.
I'm getting worried because I head over to Europe for one month by myself in a week's time. If I am freaking out over nothing now, I wonder what it will be like over there.

I think it would vary depending on the person of course.

Did you have anxiety before smoking weed?
 
Never in my life. The closest thing would be feeling nervous in weird situations.
I've had about 6 real bad outbreaks this morning.
 
trip, I think the best thing for anxiety is to just concentrate on your breathing. Take long, deep breaths and focus on nothing but breathing in and letting it out. I hope that helps some. <3
 
Better

My anxiety was so out of control for a while that I was smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. This gave me a sore throat and congestion. I would interpret the congestion as the onset of a panic attack, and then I'd have a real full-blown anxiety attack. I knew, rationally, that it was the cigarettes, but it happened anyway.

Now I'm just cutting back on the cigarettes to a low enough amount that I don't get that congestion. Less than 10 a day, I get the rest of my nicotine from snuffs and whatnot. I'm going to have a cigarette right now.
