Seriously, how AMAZING that your Mother can bring that up to you...and trusts/respects you enough to have that kind of relationship with you?
A) Your Mother is a pretty fabulous character, who cares about you enough to 'miss' you and tell you honestly!
B) Your a Son that is worth alot to her and who's presence is valued immensley. She will deal, but dont forget to bear her situation in mind, she's ageing...Well Done Leg...no wonder the ladys love ya! ;)



ATM: Happy; Just found a cigarette and a half, in what I thought was an empty pack, superficial? Yes! ...but happy for small mercy's nonetheless! :D

Tired, but alright after a super stressful week

Barely worked out the last few days until today. Always feel so much better when I do. I've gone running in some shitty weather this year (and previous years), but the roads are so tight from snow (and too many unshoveled sidewalks) that I can only go at night and there's so much ice/black ice to worry about, that it's been too hard to go the last few nights. Was going to go tonight until I saw the 2 degrees fahrenheit it was.

thanks sweets :) i've been resting, sleeping alot. feelin' a tad bit better. its really my throat that's killing me. hoping tomorrow ill feel well enough to get outta the house.

When I get home, it's time to start running again. Two weeks of cream, bread, butter, cheese and <triggering> does not do good for my waistline. I feel like I'm wearing a 20 pound fanny pack all the motherflipping time.
 
gettin by knees solid as it can be. I'm balls deep reading 6-8 hours a day for this PT certification. And best news - clearance to go lift mayb 60% of my old routine, obviously i got a massive knee brace and all, but nobody knock growth hormone - my doctor still doesn't understand how I'm 6 weeks ahead haha...

also, zinc lozenges for strep are hands down the best treatment.

and physically.. and image wise, feeling rather elderly lately, not to mention plain, miserable and generally like snot!
..but I dont care, so thats good I have some strength despite this...still here, being cantankerous. :)
