Feel you, mate. Not necessarily, tortured but crying all evening.

Can't remember the last time & I couldnt stop since this afternoon.
Full-on- avalanche- sadness & misery (complete with destructive thoughts (have those anyway but tempo was increased by a million).

Sadness & disappointment kind of overwhelming, ATM.
Stick with it, until it passes.💜
