Yesterday was a day from hell. Got to work and had to walk off to the tracks and hurl. Felt better afterward but this BS can sure throw my perspectives off. Comes out of nowhere basically. Sucks. Made it through work (I do carry toothbrush/paste and sanitizer with me cause I never know) OK but it was no fun whatsoever.
Feeling better today but these "spells" tend to get into my head and stress me out. Have today off and need to get some stuff done but not feeling it. Not gonna feel it, either. I will do good to shave before work tomorrow AM.
Hope yer day gets better. Mine, too, but....

Damn, nothing worse than feeling nauseous and having to hurl. Hate that feeling.

Feel better hon. Sucks when we are ill and still have to work. <3
