i am actually better today , spoke with an elder and got mentally reamed, and her words and concern, awakened me, im so use to family members turning and twisting my el crapola on me so i stuff my feelings in fear of even more negative confrontation, im doing my best to let go of anger of the past ect, its eating me up, while the offenders laugh it off and forget and tip toeing thru the tulips, more power to them

funny how a lil heart reaction can lift ones spirit, i screen printed a big purple heart on(my grown ass man/son)on his sexist fav shirt , he was all WTF!?! evil stepmother? actually im called the lady that follows their mother around, even 20 yrs later but i digress, i told him, well sonny boy, now you can say " i have a heart on" say that 10 times fast, i dont think lil mister knows it all , ever truly got it
