Hi! Sorry, I rarely post on here so I apologise if this is in the wrong place or anything.

I was just wondering, is there anything I could find around my house that works as a sedative? Not in a great place right now and I could really use something to calm me down. Or to get me high and take my mind off of things... anything? I'd just smoke a joint but I don't have any money, and it's 2am here anyway so I couldn't get anything if I did.

Any suggestions are really appreciated, thanks :)
