Hi
My name is joseph and I have been a heroin addict for 6 years. I just about a year ago got on suboxone and it has been realy helpful this afternoon though I messed up and smoked meth for the first time I hate this feeling and want it to go away
 
Hi Joseph. I'm sorry you've been feeling bad. Please don't be too hard on yourself for this slip up though. It happened, but you can move on from it. I'm glad you got off the heroin as that does take a strong person. You should take a look at The Dark Side here on Bluelight. There are a lot of people there that have been where you are and can help and support you and I think you might be able to help some other people there as well. I wish you the best and hope that you get the most out of Bluelight. <3 <3
 
welcome! i know exactly what you mean and im very sorry to hear about your situation (and i have been in EXTREMELY similar even recently), but your mind is so powerful just keep telling yourself it will pass and try and find music or something to occupy a small portion of your whirlwind of thoughts and ride out the storm, you'll feel better eventually :) try to keep you head positive, though i KNOW thats easier said than done
