Location
state of confusion
lost(i am found) but not abandoned
gone(im back) but not out just yet
for 4 years i've sped down that highway
as fast as i could
with the pedal to the floor
cruising down that dark road with no brakes
and not caring about anything
not a damn thing
until...
i picked up a beautiful hitchhiker
and upon looking into her eyes,
i saw the universe to put it lightly
words cant describe what i saw or experienced but
upon seeing that changed my life.
was that the "moment?"
im not sure of what will happen in the future
but for now, i know i have a great friend that i can count on
and talk to about anything and everything.
i can not say thank you enough for everything that you've done.
i love you.

I really enjoyed reading this, this piece has a lot of motion, which I felt kinda like a breeze.. and I got a really cool sense of serenity, similar to when I'm viewing something awesome like a waterfall..

Great expression of a moment and feeling we all hope to experience at least once in our lives. Nice work.
i saw the universe to put it lightly
Very well said.

I forgot to say earlier, I hope she knows at least part of what you feel :) And I still love this. Tis good

I can totally understand a moment like the one you are describing. If you've ever had one you will never forget it :) Also, to remain friends with someone who has made that much of an impact on you is a wonderful thing. This was so genuine and full of heart...I loved it :)
