...Because he is a rock solid TDS'er, an extremely admirable individual, I think it's time to pay homage. (Plus I missed his b-day and I like to pay homage to the great folks on here who have had a fekin' massive impact on me(as am sure, alot of you have experinced too)

So, make some noise for PARANOID ANDROID and his sweet presence on here and include any others of the TDS gang(~MODS and Non-mods alike) who have had an impact on you- I cant even begin to count the ones who have had it on me.
Its all about kissing ass- but not for any gain- just to send the 'love' to those who have been there for ya, or those ya admire(but bear PA in your foremost thoughts-ta much!. ;)

Dude... even though your a grumpy, canadian who doesn't respect his elders you exemplify loyalty and care. You've had an impact on me in a huge way and I hope you know this.

TDS is a better place because of your contributions (as member, moderator and crew).

I'm definitely pleased to have met you.

@thread: PA is an absolute first-rate guy. Knowledgeable, kind-hearted (although unafraid of calling people on BS) and with a great sense of humour-- when he trots it out, that is. Much appreciation!

I haven't seen much from paranoid android lately (or maybe I've just been remiss!), but over the past eight years I've seen plenty enough to know that he deserves all the love you've all expressed for him.

Here is my birthday wish for PA:

A year in which physical pain diminishes, calm and bouyancy and freedom open each and every day and your dreams of travel and adventure come true. Have a happy day but have a multi-textured year!:) <3

There are so many people to thank and to honor but for now I will restrict myself to the amazing person that started this thread. Without her my music library would be a bit more boring and TDS would not know one of its more calming voices.<3

Ah shit i certainly was not expecting to see this when i went on TDS. Thanks Asclepius and everyone who posted here even that old bastard OD ;)

This year looks like it could be a much better year to say the least and things are getting much better despite the immense pile of stress Ive had to put up with. I thought i would freak out abit turning 30 but things actually seem to be getting easier so meh fuckit. I have a g/f who loves me to bit's and who i can talk to anything about and thus she knows things about me that no other living soul does. She's awesome, really intelligent, beyond gorgeous, i love her more then life itself and she only wants me so that alone is more then enough of a bday gift. If things go well i should be moved in with her by spring so if you want to see a super happy PA free of pain and his usual crankiness well that will be me then. Since i need to get the fuck out of where i am living that will be perfect if we can make this happen even if i have to move out of good old bog i call home and into the US. I need a drastic change of scene to change a few things about myself that are fucking me over anyway i think. Plus i need a calm surrounding (though not boring there's a difference) after the raw insanity of the past few years.

I know i haven't been on here much at all lately but things have been hectic so I'm only on a wee bit but thankfully the insanity seems to be subsiding so maybe i will be able to get on TDS and BL in general more often.

Anyway to the lot of you and many others who i don't get to talk to on here much often anymore i will try and keep in touch as often as possible and i don't plan on being a stranger no matter where i end up. To the people who have helped me through some rather rough times over the years well you need not be mentioned since you already know who you are :)
 
I will always have so much love and appreciation for paranoid android!! You are indeed a rock-solid DarkSider, it was fantastic working with you when you were on staff, and to top it all off you're a wonderful friend, and whenever we get the chance to chat it's always great to catch up. I wish you all the very best in life because you deserve it :) <3
