Homeopathy op 6 - 200c tabs, can she get high?

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, although i've been reading a few posts here and there, especially about making pst.

I have this friend, she was wondering; after finding a homeopathy website that sells tablets supposedly made with raw ope, would she be able to get a high from consuming these tablets? She was also wondering, would it be better to buy tabs at 6c or 200c? As she is confused about the dilution rules.
