How do you snort them crush up the pills? Can you talk me thru the process? I have these 8mg/2mg
and some 2mg/0.5mg

Yup thats pretty much it.Just crush it up and snort not to hard.
Try to make sure you dont get a drip right away.
I personally like the 2mg pills cuz its much easier to eye out your dose.
Id say start wit 1mg and give it like 10-20 min to kick in.
You will not get any high you will just get relief.
Hey just give it a shot if it works great if not then you can go back to sublingual.

Like dogdy sherbert but guess It works. Probaby took more than I need, You seem to be talkin much smaller does than i thouht i would need, you get by on 2mg s day and you got the energy to do busy day? today I feel pretty ok but lathergic and bit bored, buy tomorow I shall be busy and sat 10hr or on my feet grafting. Start on 2mg and build on that, alsu they last 24hr?

I dont even take 2mg i get by on .5mg a day.I def dont feel %100 even if i took more i would prob feel alil better but not %100.
I dont plan on stayin on the subs for a long time that is why i keep my doses low.
Ive bin tryin to stop the subs for quite a while now its not easy even at a low dose like mine.
Thats why the best thing for you if you can do it is to only stay on subs for a week or two at low doses.
That way you can stop with very minimum w/d's if you keep ur dose low.
If you dose multiple times a day or dose high you will get pretty severe w/d's from stopping the sub's.
To anser your ? i never have a day off from work.I work evreyday from 10-7 even when making the switch from dope to subs i would work.
Its just like a day or two of suffering cuz of the sweats and shit like that but after 2 days the subs start working very well.

.....How are you going with the tapering? I once read somewhere that Bupe works better the lower the dose. I can't remember where I read it (but it was an academic paper).
I don't know what kind of withdrawals you will get once you taper off the bupe as I that is an opiate I haven't tried. However, clonidine is a very good helper for lessening symptoms such as the goosebumps, the shakes, sweating, flushes and those types of things. Out of everything I have had during withdrawals, clonidine is magic! IME, clonidine and valium would make things livable. But everybody is different.
Maybe organise it so that the two days of work are on the first two days of w/drawal. As usually the 3rd - 5th days are the worst. Is it at all possible that you could get someone to look after the kids due to an unspecified illness? Maybe get yourself put in hospital.....(but then how would you stop them wanting to visit).....hmm.
Maybe you need to bite the bullet and lay it on the line to a friend or family member, so that someone can look after the kids. I mean, by all means try to w/draw without help. But if you can't get through it and continued use is untenable, then you might have to.

That's what they do, unless you knock yourself out but you obv can't do that with kids. What age range are the kids, like how young? Just hoping they aren't too young cos that's going to make it hard on your w/drawal.
Patently false - Loperamide works on the opiate receptors in the gut. This is why you don't get high from it. It takes care of the gastrointestinal side effects of withdrawal but not the rest of it. (There are various types of opiate receptors that each give different effects.)

I taperd down to a 5,butrans 7 day patch patch not entirely sure if I have done this right and whats gonna happen after the & day patch wears off.
But I still dealing with all on my plate. Today was the worst for a long time. Just crying,
Last session out of a 6 week councelling made me relise that I need more sessions, The PTSD symptoms show me that. And proper greif councelling I been crying for my ex all day, how he doesnt get to see his boy grow up. My son is 15mins late home and I want to ring him every second to see if hes ok. Even frightening myself with mad thoughts that hes also done something stupid...
All feels a bit out of control.

It does sound like you have a lot on your plate, but you can beat your oxycodone addiction...I'm no expert in buprenorphine tapers, but it should provide relief for at least another 12-24 hours after the patch is done. Buprenorphine has a long half life which makes it useful for coming down off opiates.
I'm going to echo what the other posters have said, get ahold of some loperamide if you can, it will really help the physical symptoms.
