Home Brew Bourbon infused with cannabis?

I just got given a bottle of home brewed bourbon.
Its pretty strong stuff.
Now me being a stoner, i want to infuse cannabis with the bourbon.
i havent been able to find much on the topic and i wanna weed up mah drank.
any info or previous experience with it would be rad.
im not sure if this is better suited to cannabis threads or alcohol threads
so homeless it shall be.

It's called getting cross-fucked. Some people enjoy it. I don't find it particular pleasant. As a matter of fact, it makes me nauseous.

I'll move it to cannabis discussion.
 
Simple enough my friend.

Grind up the herb you want to use (I'm not sure how much bourbon you have, and I'm not sure what your tolerance to cannabis is, so I can't tell you how much).

Put the bourbon you want to use into a mason jar or jars, depending on quantity.

Once your flowers/stems/kief (hash doesn't work well, it's too clumpy) are ground and ready carefully pour them into the mason jar(s). Seal as tight as possible.

Put in a dark place: closet, under your bed--you get it. Leave it there for at least 2 weeks, giving it a vigorous shake at least once a day.

Acquire some cheesecloth or maybe nylon. If using cheesecloth (my favorite) make sure you fold it over many times for better filtration (doesn't matter if there's small specks of herb in your drink, but you defo don't want it chunky).

Put cheesecloth (or other filter) over the top of the jar, use rubber bands to get it stuck on perfectly, don't want any spillage. Hard mess to clean up, plus the waste.

Pour into desired container/decanter.

Enjoy.

I personally have never consumed the "Green Dragon" (that's what I've heard the mixture of herbs dissolved into booze called in the past) because I do not drink hard alcohol or even wine, however I have consumed cannabis and beers at the same time on many occasions, with pleasant results.
 
Its the Green Dragon basically, but with another source of alcohol...the best one I have ever tried is with Bacardi 151 proof...tastes like 151 and herb, nastry! but some strong stuff after 3 weeks
 
Grind up your buds as finely as you can before making the dragon, then figure out how to strain it out after a couple weeks. Pulpy shots suck. Shake the bottle at least once a day for agitation. 2 weeks seems to be the accepted time for green dragon to mature. It works better with higher proof alcohols.
