Swim takes percs vic's and soma and klonipin not together of course .... But i have a question im trying to have a step by step fairly easy guide on how to somehow get some of that ace out of my 5 mg hydros, swim takes 40 mgs at a time or 30 mgs of oxy, have 5 mg er of opana never tried doc gave. Can someone take 2 of those if someone takes 30 mg of oxy whats a good amount to take of the opana??? And how no inject, and they r er... And can swim take with hydro too??? Thanks plz no mean comments im to pretty for those!! Lol

Use a dosage converter for questions like this next time.
5mg oxymorphone injected = 100mg oxycodone eaten/snorted/banged.
5mg oxycodone snorted = 40mg oxycodone eaten/snorted/banged

Yes you can combine oxymorphone and hydrocodone. They will make eachother stronger, however, so be careful and use smaller doses.

Taking acetaminophen out of opiate pills is called Cold Water Extraction - do a google search and find it yourself.
