I'm an addict, who's struggled with addiction off and on for about 23 years, taking breaks for sobriety a year or so at the time, especially during my pregancies and raising kids. I've done it all. (minus needles, not much into heroin or crack). I come from a long line of functioning/non functioning junkies.

My interest outside of addiction are photography, gaming, animal rescue, music and war memorabilia.

Nice to meet you all. Been browsing Bluelight for over a month now. :-P
 
Extended hand gesture reciprocated. Welcome to B/L. War memorabilia? My good friend is neck deep in W/M. His dad was in nam. What got you interested? Love the pet rescue, any dog I've had since I was 16 has been a pound puppy. They make the best dogs.
Anyway glad you decided to "run with the pack". (Kinda corny, I know).

I have a lot of WWII stuff, especially from the U.S.S. Astoria, the one that sank at the Battle of Savo. I have dinner menus, original sailor drawings, etc. Always love to talk about war, so feel free to message me.

I can't wait to run with the pack, hope I don't get lazy and try to stay on the porch.
