Hives

Hey guys I am wondering about the hives on my arm. I just IVed about 40-50 mg mephedrone and a decent bump of mdpv. I have done it many a time with no side effects. But this time I missed a lil [No big deal its happened before]. Then I applied a little pressure to the blister to see if i could push some back out the entry hole which didnt work. Then as soon as it hit me I vomited. its been about 15-20 mins and now i have some kind of swolleness/hives around where I just IVed. I used to get hives once in a while if I reused needles when i was an opiate addicted fiend. But not this bad. Should I be concerned? It doesn't hurt and I feel pretty damn good right now but I dont want to lose an arm or something so a little reassurance would be rad.
