How to hit my arm- Injecting meth or heroin?

I'm an IV meth user, and I usually use my inner elbows or feet. Well, both places are recovering right now, and I don't want to over use them. I have a huge vein in my bicep on my right arm, and I have good veins in the area between my wrist and my elbow. The only problem is, I can't hit either place. Can someone help me out? I would insert a picture if I could.
I've hit the area between my elbow and wrist before, but I can't seem to do it now. Is there a trick to it that I'm not getting? I've tried inserting the needle at different angles, and it's just not working. I can see the veins, so I should be able to hit them, right? Especially since I'm using 29 gauge longs. I'm going to buy 31 gauge shorts tomorrow and try those, but any tips would be greatly appreciated.

There really is no different technique. Try the radial veins on the inside of your wrists, and the cephalic veins on top of your arms. Consult arm vein charts to help locate these, either on BL or just a google image search.

Try to avoid shooting in your feet, it's not a good idea.

I've tried my wrists, but the veins roll too much. Thanks for the tips, though.
And I quit shooting in my feet. Those veins roll, too.
