desperate for a little excitement
clawing at the walling...
slamming all the shutters...
making as much noise this house can make
until the aliens come home.
we don't like staying still too long.
closed off in this house
like a prisoner on a 10 year stretch
until the aliens come home.
outside, a barren wasteland of ice
no fires can save us...
only noise and fury...
until the aliens come home.
music is our only savior
getting lost in our own delirium
i've got my towel ready,
for when the aliens come home.
