Higher doses less days vs lower doses more days, benzo physical addiction

I am trying to figure out which would be safer in my case i'm asking about ativan although xanax is probably my favorite. Is it better to do higher doses and less days or a lower dosage and more days. My target dose for ativan would be 15mg with no tolerance even though some might say that's a lot, but i'm obviously not going to use it that high or i'll run out fast, so here is a few examples of what i'm talking about.

2mg, 2x a week = 4mg total for the week seperated over 2 days.

1.5mg, 3x a week = 4.5mg total for the week seperated over 3 days.

Which out of these will prevent or reduce a physical dependency on the ativan as i am clearly trying to avoid that the most.

I'm confused.
What do you mean by 'my target dose would be 15mg'? That makes it sound like you're trying to up your tolerance or something, which is weird...
I mean the first option sounds better but yeah, you'd have to clarify that part for me.
Can I ask why you use benzos in the first place?

In my opinion, fewer doses = less likely to get dependent, regardless of dosage. That's pretty much the rule with my body.

What i mean by target dose is that if i was using it recreationally only to get high that is how much i would take. But since i'm not taking to get high or fucked up i only want to take 2mg to reduce anxiety. I take them is because my heart beats real fast when i'm in nervous situations and i start to slightly twitch, or i avoid things like going to certain classes at times or quit jobs etc. My question was similar to what i posted before, but it was is it better to take higher doses (in this case 2mg is not high at all) and take it less days, or a lower dosage like 1.5mg and take it a bit more frequently to avoid physical addiction to benzos. But i used my own brain and think that using in higher doses and less days it probably the route to avoid any possible physical addiction, since i've heard of people getting dependent on them from taking low doses frequently.

Higher doses less days. The more often you take something addicting the more likely it is you will get addicted. The dose doesn't really matter in my experience, though higher doses will yield more severe withdrawals.

I think most people would agree with this ^ statement.

For example, taking 0.5 milligrams of lorazepam over 2 months will cause more several withdrawal than taking that same amount (30 milligrams) over the period of 15 days. Nonetheless, in your case the two schedules and doses are almost identical if I understood you correctly, so It most likely wouldn't make much of a noticeable difference.

If it's being used for anxiety, a schedule is not needed. Use on an as needed basis with the lowest effective dose. Titrate up slowly to determine what this is.

Note that if you are also using recreationally, soon you will encounter quickly diminishing returns in regard to what the medication can do for your anxiety.
