Hello. I have ocd and a high tolerance to medications, vitamins and herbs. If it does produce a beneficial effect, it wears off before the day is over. I've recently tried inositol at high doses, recognized significant relief, but short lived. Has anyone had success reversing tolerance to antidepressants or supplements like with memantine or ketoconazole or anything?

Stop taking the medicine for a while to cure your tolerance.

You're not meant to feel any effects of vitamins, it's a gradual thing that you start feeling better after taking them daily for a while.

Herbs are always very weak and barely noticeable, it's why they're still legal.

I have a high tolerance to most medication. Im on anti-depressants and often over time reach a level where they stop working. My doctor then puts me on another type of anti-depressant and I find I rotate on about three different anti-depressants which all work well for me till a certain point, once i reach that point i then transition to the next type. I find this works for me.
