NO! high temperature body temperature is a symptom of an infection or other serious problem, and drugs should not be taken. your friend needs rest & hydration. Not MDMA.

& what NationOfThizz said, it raises body temperature even more.

I think that using MDMA when your feeling poorly is in general a bad idea - just take a break from the drugs, get yourself better first.
