High Power Homes Drawing Attention

Apparently here in the UK they catch alot of people like that, increased use of electricity. Apparently (from what I've heard on various programs/on the news and in some papers) they find out if your using more and then get the pigs to fly over your house with infra red and if your loft/attic is showing alot of heat they (try to) get a warrant! :\
