I get freaked out on uppers sometimes. Never liked meth, coke is ok, overdosed injecting adderall 2 months ago, now I've been fucking with bath salt, not often. I Party on it once every couple months. I'll split a gram with my friend. Doing Amped. its sold as a ;adybug attractent. When I'm worried about if I've done too much I check my heart rate. Right now its 128beats a min. I weigh 155ibs and 6 foot tall. I figured thats a safe heartrate. Been doing the salt all day.

Mhm.. ~120BPM isn't particularly high if you're on the drugs, though. You should only be worried if it's been a week or something since you last dosed and it hasn't gone down.
