Hi, Rubye here.

DIET. CHANGE YOUR DIET. HIGH FRUIT VEGGIE, STARCHES, LEAN PROTEIN. Maybe you already do this apologies if not and also you do whatever you want in the end of course, but seriously I've tried everything, I'm young (26) but still was vegan for 5 years, high fat and carnivore off and on for like 2 and a half years. Ultimately I found high levels of fat impaired my metabolism as well as hard to digest beef protein which I seemed to not be able to get enough of post vegan. Now I find so many problems I had in the past are clearing up by reducing my fat and protein down to the bare minimum needed levels. Don't get me wrong I gorge on fat and or protein sometimes, but will go 5+ days eating only carbs and no meat as well. My feet hurt on high fat and protein. Started eating dates, rice, honey, fruit. Boom, feet and joint pain went away like that. Careful with sugar especially at first or maybe just omit it depending on how you respond. You absolutely can fuck your teeth on sugar. I was eating bags of brown sugar, rice, fruit etc. and literally just had a clean awesome high no comedown. But I started to fuck my teeth lol. I eat more starches now and starches are just a lot different in actually many ways compared to simple sugars, but a mix is nice. Too much grains I'm starting to realize is shit for your health as well. I'm trying to limit my grain intake as I find potatoes, sweet potatoes, lentils, beans, and such to be superior forms of carbohydrate. Grains are too toxic feeling.

EDIT........okay I should have said like mid fruit intake more emphasis on starches because I realized I contradicted myself near the end and for good reason though. Eating a lot of fruit quite honestly I'm not sure at what point it becomes bad, I like to eat as much as I can afford it seems, but do notice going all fruit for example seems to lead to issues.

Also high sugar messes with your liver unfortunately, but eating greens along with it helps immensely I would say intuitively no scientist here.

Hi @RubyeJack
Welcome to Bluelight :)

I have read some really good information here in your thread. Just be wise when starting some medication, as you are aware sometimes they can work way to good for their own good, but then again trying it might help with your pain and discomfort.
True enough.
Started the Methadone today at only 20. I feel good with my decision.
Thank you.
