I'm 21, and I've been doing drugs for the better part of two years. I live in Cali and go to college. It kinda sucks as most of my friends had their drug phase(s) in High School and I'm kinda left alone. I like almost everything. The only drug I ever have done and wouldn't do again was methamphetamine. Someone put a line inf ront of me at a party and wow. It was very intense, but the not being able to sleep kills it for me. I've done almost every opiod (except heroin, despite looking for it, and having dealer friends, I do not know one person who knows one person who can get it (I have a hard time believing that, but whatever). MDMA is probably my favorite drug, but I've had it laced with meth a couple too many times for my liking (I can tell, as I can sleep on MDMA but I can't sleep if there is meth in the pills, and the trip is quite different; it's not that I don't like the whole speed thing, but I just hate not being able to sleep, and Meth lasts a lot longer than MDMA, so after 4 hours I'm on the MDMA down and still sped off my ass). I love coke, but doing it alone kinda sucks; also everyone I know gets paranoid on coke, but I don't at all. I don't like pot or alcohol, but on occasion I'll smoke a joint with friends or drink a beer (I love the taste of vodka, I just can't stand the feeling it gives. A friend of mine lives up in Humboldt and he grows the best weed I've had, once again I don't like the feeling but the smell, taste and feel is really nice). My gateway drug was codeine, because in Costa Rica it's OTC in large doses. I'm in Costa Rica at the time of writing this, and have a backpack full of codeine pills once again. As far as pharms, I like just about everything. I mean I'd do benzos more, but I can not tolerate that hangover. I want to die every morning after I've taken Xanax (Valium is a little better, but it's still not worth it). I love all of the opiods, Oxy, Hydrocodone, MS Contin, Hydromorphone, Oxymorphone (only got my hands on this once), Fentanyl, Tramadol (this is really intoxicating, it's kinda like alcohol mixed with opiates). I like Ketamine and LSD. Mushrooms are really terrible to me. I get kind of psychotic on them. I haven't been able to try Mescaline yet, but I have San Pedro growing by my House in California. I think that about does it for my drug escapades (oh I've done DXM and am not a fan).

I have other interests like science in general, psychology (my dad and sister both have PhDs, My Dad has his in Clinical Psych and my sister has hers in Educational Psych, and they argue all the time about spectrum disorders), literature, video games, movies and just about all other forms of entertainment. I have a lot of friends, but unfortunately I don't like people much, so most of hanging out with them is just me pretending to like them. They might know this because I've gotten each of them to do E, and I think I told them that I fake almost everything on E. I'm not sure it really sank in.

Well that about does it for me life. Drugs, Entertainment, Science.

That's about all you expect from this life in the 21st century...drugs, entertainment, science :) Nice intro........thanks for saying more than just.....ummhello like some folks. Ever heard the song 21st century schzd man from Crimson?? That about sums it up :)

Yeah, I'm way into prog. I mean I used to listen to Metallica and Led Zeppelin thought it was the best thing ever when I was 15), and then one day I by accidentally bought a Dream Theater cd (train of thought I think). That was the end of all other metal for me. Eventually I found King Crimson and Genesis, and then Yes, then Van Der Graff Generator, then Spock's Beard, and finally Neal Morse. I was a music major for a while (I think everyone should do that whole liberal arts thing, easy girls, interesting dumb people, etc...), and I never really got over Neal Morse. Still my favorite musician, though classical music school did get me into Beethoven, Bach and Berg (and a lot of other guys who names start with B or have Johann in their name). My favorite King Crimson album however is Red. Greatest Cacophony Ever.

ExS, welcome. I hear you re: alcohol - hurts me too much. In my younger years (60's & 70s) I loved psychedelics don't mind not sleeping when tripping. Never understood PCP, Ludes, etc. as I didn't want to sit in the corner like a lump of jello. Been doing opiates for sometime because of pain control, but do love a buzz now and again. But they also interfere with my (and some other's) sleep. You sound intelligent enough to be smart and not get too dependent. But the tolerance build up is a real down side: do them, don't let them do you! I loved coke too, but also realized I loved it too much so it was very occasional only. It was also very pricey back then.
