I have been a drug user for 25 years now , heroin being my drug 0f choice but now benzos have become a problem,

Can anayone give me some advice on how to come off these !

I've been on both these substances before and it's really rough dealing with 2 cns depressants for tapering, but is possible slowly. My suggestion although others might suggest rapid detox. Do you wish to come off the benzos first or heroin, or both? How long have you been using the benzos?

Well first of all you have to want it really bad then you have to go through the sickness but it can be done you will definitely want to wean down on the benzos because they can cause seizures. You may want to try Suboxone or methadone if you have been using opiates for 25 years
